Online payments are processed by Razorpay using the methods displayed in its secure checkout. Sitzo does not receive or store your full card number, card PIN or UPI PIN.
COD is available only when shown at checkout. Payment is collected at delivery. We may contact you to confirm high-value or made-to-order COD purchases before production begins.
A successful payment produces an order confirmation. The order confirmation or Razorpay payment acknowledgement is not a tax invoice. Sitzo provides the applicable sales invoice separately as the order is processed.
If money is debited but no order confirmation appears, do not immediately pay again. Email support@sitzo.in with the payment reference so we can verify it. Duplicate confirmed payments will be reviewed and reversed where appropriate.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the bank or provider. Read the complete cancellation and refund policy.
